Today focuses on a pivotal pillar of German culture: the country’s Bundesliga, or professional football league. You’ll start today with breakfast at your hotel. Then, depending on the timing of the scheduled match, you’ll meet your expert local guide for a football fan’s dream day. You’ll be transferred from Heidelberg to Sinsheim’s PreZero Arena, roughly 30 minutes away, to soak in the thrilling matchday atmosphere. Your driver will transfer you to the stadium and remain on standby throughout the game, so you can enjoy the event without worrying about transportation afterward. Once the final whistle blows, you will take a smooth and easy transfer back to Heidelberg. Upon returning to your hotel, you’ll have the rest of tonight free, so you can rewatch any game highlights or celebrate your team’s win — or drown out the sorrows of a loss — at a local haunt.
