3331 Arts Chiyoda

A major exhibition space, smaller art galleries and creative studios now occupy this former high school, which has evolved into a forward-thinking arts hub for Akiba. It's a fascinating place to explore. On the ground floor, there's a good cafe and a shop selling cute design items, as well as a play area for kids stocked with recycled toys and colourful giant dinosaurs made of old plastic toys.
