Amber Museum-Gallery

Dedicated to Baltic gold and the beautiful things it can be crafted into, this enthusiastic little museum occupies a 17th-century baroque house. Upstairs you'll find trinkets, jewellery and amber brigantines; in the basement, huge pieces of many-hued amber, kilns and other archeological finds. The descent into the basement takes you through the strata of Vilnius' history.
