Banana Beach

Though not quite the secret it once was, this silky little tucked-away beach, 2km south of Hat Nai Thon, makes a refreshingly rustic Phuket escape. From a tiny parking space on the west side of the winding coastal Rte 4018, you clamber down through a jungle of coconut palms to beautifully quiet sands sprinkled with boulders and a single restaurant.
