Bodega Los Bermejos

Hidden away 3km southwest of the Monumento al Campesino, this forward-thinking bodega produces fine wines from malvasía, muscatel and listán grapes, including a dry organic malvasía, with minimum intervention. Visitors are welcome to drop in and taste on the terrace, but you'll need to reserve in advance for the 30-minute tours (€12), which include two wines.
