El Nacimiento Waterfalls

Just east of Laujar's main plaza, a signposted road heads 1.5km north to El Nacimiento, a shaded recreation area set around a series of waterfalls. It's not at its best in high summer or fall – the water can dry up then – but for the rest of the year it's a popular weekend haunt.
