Great Synagogue

Constanţa's once glorious 19th-century synagogue is little more than a ruin these days, guarded by some mean dogs. Still, you can walk past the front to get a sense of the former majesty and significance of the place. Plans to restore the building have been put on indefinite hold due to funding problems.
