Jewish Cemetery

The size of Mikulov's forlorn Jewish cemetery, numbering 4000 tombstones, is a testament to the importance of the community to the town over the centuries. The oldest surviving headstone dates to 1605. Enter through the former Ceremonial Hall, which holds a small exhibition on Jewish history and burial traditions.
