Kansui Park

This immaculately maintained park built on reclaimed land around Toyama's canal and lock system is a wonderful place for a stroll or picnic. It's a popular spot with locals in the warmer months and has plenty of attractions, such as birdwatching enclaves and observation towers (frequently occupied by besotted young couples).
