This island sits in the middle of Songkhla Lake and is connected to the mainland by two long bridges. Ko Yo is famous for its cotton-weaving industry and has a wonderfully rural feel with life much slower and laidback in its villages. Don’t miss Wat Phrahon Laem Pho, with its giant reclining Buddha, and the Thaksin Folklore Museum when making the trip across.
