Kulturhuset

Oskarshamn's Cultural Hall houses two interesting museum collections. Admission to one also includes the other. Döderhultarmuseet features around 200 works by home-grown artist Axel Petersson ‘Döderhultarn’ (1868–1925), who captured local characters and occasions in vigorous and often amusing woodcarvings. The Sjöfartsmuseet showcases local maritime exhibits.
