Martin Luther King Mural & Monument

At the intersection of three roads, this memorial – consisting of a giant mural by Cliff Eubanks, a bronze bust of MLK by artist Rebecca Rose, and a historical marker – commemorates a visit by the preacher and Civil Rights leader to this very spot on August 3, 1965, during his Freedom Now tour.
