Matewan Replica Depot Museum & Visitor Center

Inside a replica of the town's original depot, exhibits here cover the Mine Wars, the Matewan Massacre and the Hatfield & McCoy feud. The Paw Paw Massacre site, where three McCoy boys were executed, is a short drive south across the Tug River into Kentucky, beside Hwy 1056.
