Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Francisco Narváez

Porlamar’s only real tourist sight, very enjoyable and in a large, modern building in the town center. On the ground floor is an interesting collection of sculptures and paintings by the Margarita-born artist Francisco Narváez (1905–82) and some of his contemporaries, while the upper floor is used for temporary exhibitions.
