North Friar’s Bay

Thanks to treacherous currents, there's not so much as a cold-beer vendor in sight on this utterly wild Atlantic-side beach. It's great for spirit-lifting solitary walks, though. The easiest access is at the far end of the bay if you're coming from the tunnel.
