Paringa Bridge

This chunky steel truss bridge has conveyed a vehicle or two across it's broad span since it opened to traffic in 1927. The central span raises to allow tall riverboats through at 9.30am and 2.30pm Monday to Friday – something of a spectacle for the local kids.
