This superb museum occupies the house and studio of Paul Delvaux (1897–1994), one of Belgium's most famous surrealist artists. What appears to be a handsome art deco house on a quiet street belies a 1000-sq-m basement gallery full of sketches, watercolours and paintings of Delvaux's beloved nudes, trains and buildings.
