Pioneer Mill Smokestack

The hard-to-miss Pioneer Mill smokestack is a local icon. Outdoor exhibits spotlight equipment and vehicles used on the company's sugar plantation, in operation from 1860 until 1999. There are two restored late-1800s steam locomotives, formerly used by Pioneer Mill, and excellent informational signs explaining the history of sugarcane plantations in Lahaina.
