Rainmaker Mountain

Also known as Mt Pioa, 523m-high Rainmaker Mountain traps rain clouds and gives Pago Pago the highest annual rainfall of any harbour in the world. From afar it looks like a single, large peak, but a drive up Rainmaker Pass reveals a three-pronged summit. The mountain and its base area are national landmark sites due to the pristine tropical vegetation on the slopes.
