Sarı Kale

About 250m south of the lower city and temple ruins the road forks; take the right fork and follow the winding road up the hillside. On your left in the midst of the old city you can see several ruined structures. The rock-top ruins of the Sarı Kale may be a Phrygian fort on Hittite foundations.
