Sears Island

You can (and should) explore Sears Island on foot. This uninhabited, 940-acre conservation area is connected by causeway to the mainland north of Searsport. You can drive to the end of the causeway, but you'll have to walk across from there, and access the trails. Follow Jetty Rd (1.5 miles, most of which is paved) for a lovely view of the bay.
