Subcarpathian Museum

Two hundred metres north of Krosno's Rynek is this diverting regional history museum, housed in the 15th-century Bishops’ Palace. Expect interesting historical, archaeological and art exhibits illuminating the mountainous region. The highlight is an extensive collection of decorative old kerosene lamps, reputedly the largest in Europe.
