Toad Museum

Drive into Yasothon from the south and you can't miss the 19m-tall toad sitting on the shore of Mae Nam Tuan. It honours the Toad King, a central character in the myth behind the rocket festival, and it contains a museum detailing the stories behind the festival, some history on the region and information about toads in general. You can climb up to the observation deck in its mouth.
