Tyrol Cot Heritage Village

Famed as the birthplace of Grantley Adams, Barbados' first prime minister, this colonial-era house is now administered by the Barbados National Trust. It was closed for renovations when we visited so call before planning a trip.

Outside is a chattel village that once housed craft shops, but is now rented out to local businesses.
