With 20 hectares of biological plantings, architect-designed buildings and sincere commitments to sustainability, Tianna Negre is at the bleeding edge of winemaking. Happily the results – made from manto negro, prensal blanc and other varieties – are excellent. Tours and tastings start at €20 for a sample of three wines and cheese, and run to €50 for three hours, tapas and premium wines.
