Jansz Wine Room

Located next door to Pipers Brook, Jansz (named after explorer Abel Jansz Tasman) was originally in partnership with Louise Roederer, so it's not surprising that its Méthode Tasmanoise is a more-than-quaffable drop. Ask for a picnic blanket and head outside to enjoy a cheese platter plus two flutes of the sparkling stuff ($40). There are free tastings, too.
