Stretching 800m in front of Gros, from the Kursaal to Monte Ulía, 'Zurri', as it's known locally, has some excellent waves that draw surfers from near and far. It's a superb place to hang out and take in the local scene of volleyball, football and surf action; swimming here is at its best when there's no swell
It's located east of Río Urumea.
