Praia de Odeceixe

Flanked by imposing cliffs, this beach has a superb setting at a river mouth, allowing you to rinse off the salt in fresh water. It's also a good family option, as smaller kids can paddle on the peaceful river side of the strand. Located 3.5km west of Odeceixe, the beach itself has eating and sleeping options, and a surf school.
