Teatro Romano de Medellín

Carved into the hillside above Medellín, this Roman theatre is one of Spain's most beautiful, as much for the views as the steep-walled theatre. The museum at the entrance has archaeological finds from the site, and there's a Spanish-language video (around 15 minutes) that explains Medellín's position in the Ancient Roman world. Spanish-language guided tours run on the hour when there are enough people.
