Called Peak, the 10, 000 sq ft modern American restaurant, bar and event space is located in the 30 Hudson Yards building and it will open in March 2020. Designed by renowned architect David Rockwell, it will be located at the summit of the 1296 ft tall tower, which is also home to Edge, the tallest observation deck in the Western Hemisphere. Located on the floor below, the 7500 sq ft sky deck extends out 80 ft to give visitors a great view of New York City’s iconic skyline, Western New Jersey and New York State, spanning up to 80 miles.

Occupying the entire 101st-floor, Peak will encompass a 110-seat dining room, a 45-seat cocktail bar, a private dining room and an event space for up to 300. The event space offers floor-to-ceiling windows, and diners at the restaurant will be treated to a fantastic view of Manhattan’s west side and the Hudson River. With such a gorgeous backdrop, Peak is bound to be a hit with romance-loving diners, and, of course, it will be highly Instagrammable.

The food will be overseen by executive chef, Chris Cryer, whose menu will be influenced by his long-standing relationships with local fishermen, farmers and purveyors, as well as his personal commitment to sustainability. Peak will be operated by London-based group, Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, who operate and manage food offerings in high-profile locations like the Royal Albert Hall, Sky Garden and Royal Ascot in the UK.

Although Peak is not opening until March, online reservations can be made from 17 February. For more information, please visit its website here.
